They are brief psychology-based exercises you can do in minutes to improve your emotional wellbeing. They are designed to be easily integrated into your daily routine.

No, our workshops and app are designed for everyone, regardless of experience level. Everything is guided step by step.

We offer both. You can attend our in-person workshops in Spain or join online through our platform.

The app has a free version with basic features. We also offer premium plans with full access to all micropractices and exclusive content.

You can register directly from our workshops page or through the app. Just select the workshop you're interested in and complete the registration form.
