How it works in practice

You open the app and choose how you feel

In just a few screens, you indicate how you're feeling and what part of the day you're in, without long questionnaires.

You receive a short route

The app suggests a sequence of brief actions: pause, feel, decide one concrete thing that might help you.

Step 3

You record what happened

You note very simply whether it helped or not, so the app and you can learn what works best for you.
