2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions regulate access, navigation and use of the TEMOTIVA mobile application, as well as the provision of services offered through it.
TEMOTIVA offers:
- Personal development and motivational content.
- Access to digital content in free mode (freemium).
- Access to premium content via monthly subscription.
- Information about in-person workshops.
- Information related to publications and training materials, including the CEO's book.
3. Acceptance of terms
Access and use of the App attributes User status and implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, the User should refrain from using the App.
4. User registration
To access certain features, you will need to create an account. The User must provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Password
The User guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate and up-to-date. The User is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and any activity carried out from their account.
5. Access modes
5.1 Free Version (Freemium)
Allows limited access to certain content and features of the App.
5.2 Premium Version
Full access to certain content will be subject to payment of a monthly subscription.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions will be managed through an integrated payment gateway via Stripe API. The User authorizes periodic billing of the subscription in accordance with the selected plan.
Renewal
The subscription will automatically renew monthly unless previously canceled by the User.
Cancellation
The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their profile or by requesting at info@temotiva.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the already paid period.

7. Permitted use
The User commits to using the App in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. Prohibited:
- Using the App for unlawful purposes.
- Attempting to access third-party accounts.
- Introducing viruses or malicious code.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to compromise system security.
- Using content for commercial purposes without authorization.
8. Intellectual property
All App content (texts, images, videos, design, code, trademark, logo, etc.) is owned by TEMOTIVA or is licensed for use. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorization is prohibited.
9. Service nature
The content offered through TEMOTIVA is oriented towards personal development and motivation (Wellbeing) and is exclusively informative, educational and motivational in nature.
In no case do they constitute:
- Medical advice.
- Psychological or psychiatric diagnosis.
- Therapeutic treatment.
- Substitution of qualified professional care.

10. Protection of personal data

- Send informational or promotional communications.

11. Notifications and communications
The App may send push notifications and informational or promotional communications. The User can manage their preferences from their account settings.
12. Limitation of liability
TEMOTIVA does not guarantee permanent availability of the App and is not responsible for technical interruptions, failures beyond its control or misuse by the User.
13. Modifications
TEMOTIVA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying Users when it affects their rights.
14. Duration
The contract has indefinite duration. TEMOTIVA may suspend or cancel the account in case of serious breach of these terms (fraudulent use, intellectual property infringement, etc.).
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
